Kristina creates and delivers leadership development workshops and learning opportunities for students. She is passionate about active and responsible citizenship as well as community development. Kristina received a Masters Degree in Theory and Policy Studies from OISE/UT and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers.

Kristina’s interest in leadership education developed as an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto where she studied Political Science and Equity Studies. She was involved with Orientation, Student Government, and other campus clubs. She has been working as a leadership educator since 2007 and joined the LOT team in 2012. Kristina sits on the Board of Directors for Peace by PEACE a student run not-for-profit organization that teaches conflict resolution, communication, and community building skills to grade 5 students in Toronto.
