The Institute for Leadership Education in Engineering

"Engineers leading change to build a build a better world."

ILead—The Institute for Leadership Education in Engineering—is the next exciting phase in the evolution of leadership education at University of Toronto Engineering. ILead is the first of its kind in Canada. ILead builds on the great success of the Engineering Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program. Our mission is to continue to grow program development and delivery (through LOT), to expand our research in leadership pedagogy and to reach out to others to build a community of practice in engineering leadership education.

We welcome your interest.
